Broken Arrow's Regent Bank Amphitheater will open to the public Dec. 4 with a holiday show in its smaller theater configuration.

The 12,500-seat amphitheater, built through a public-private partnership between Venu Holding Corp. and the city of Broken Arrow, will debut with a Winter Preview featuring A Magical Cirque Christmas on Dec. 4 and 5. Venu Holding Corp. announced the opening Sept. 23.

The holiday show will use the venue's nearly 5,000-seat theater setup. The full 12,500-seat layout arrives for the inaugural summer 2027 season.

Tickets will range from $25 to $60 depending on seating location, KJRH reported. They go on sale in the coming weeks, according to the company's announcement. Fans can sign up at regentbankamphitheater.com for early notification.

J.W. Roth, founder, chairman and CEO of Venu Holding Corp., told KJRH the venue plans to host 25 to 30 events between the December opening and touring season, which he said kicks off in April or May.

In a statement, Roth said "for two years, Broken Arrow watched this building rise from the ground, and on December 4 it finally belongs to them."

A Magical Cirque Christmas is a holiday production from ICON LIVE appearing in more than 30 cities this season. The Broken Arrow show will feature Guinness World Record holder Leila Noone, magician Mark Clearview and fourth-generation circus performer Jonathan Rinny.

The venue includes more than 230 premium suites called Luxe FireSuites and the Aikman Club, a partnership with three-time Super Bowl champion Troy Aikman. For winter shows, hundreds of infrared heaters and fire pits will keep the interior about 30 degrees warmer than outside temperatures, Roth told KJRH.

Venu projects the amphitheater will generate more than $4.3 billion in economic impact for the greater Broken Arrow region over its first 20 years. That figure has not been independently verified.

Construction was in its final stages as of Sept. 7, with the roof, stage, exterior hospitality buildings and artist compound complete, according to KJRH's earlier reporting. Additional programming will be announced in the coming months.
